Cascades is operated and managed by Noir Stack.
Most customers use fully managed deployments where Noir Stack handles:

- monitoring
- platform updates
Teams interact with Cascades through:
- dashboard access
- APIs
- webhooks
- integrations
without managing infrastructure directly.
Dedicated environments
Organizations with stricter operational requirements can request dedicated environments.
These deployments may include:
- isolated infrastructure
- dedicated workflow execution capacity
- environment-level separation
- custom retention policies
- private integrations
Custom domains
Enterprise customers may configure custom domains for:
- dashboards
- APIs
- webhook endpoints
