Customers are responsible for securing third-party systems connected to their workflows.

Use of APIs and workflow infrastructure must remain within documented platform limits, contractual agreements, and fair-use expectations.

Abusive traffic, unauthorized scraping, or attempts to disrupt services may result in suspension.

Paid subscriptions, enterprise contracts, and custom service agreements may include additional commercial terms.

Noir Stack LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue platform features as services evolve.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The platform, software, documentation, and related materials remain the property of Noir Stack LLC.

Customers retain ownership of their workflow definitions and operational data unless otherwise agreed.

The platform is provided on an “as available” basis.

Noir Stack LLC is not responsible for indirect damages, workflow misuse, third-party outages, or customer configuration errors.
